Owner and principal Chris Cochran brings to his clients 30 years of experience as a research librarian and library manager in U.S. federal libraries, where his work was centered around international business and infrastructure issues, character risk due diligence, international development, and the U.S. legal and legislative process. He is focused on delivering to clients timely, strategic, and actionable information to help them solve their business and information puzzles.
Chris holds a Master’s degree in international relations and a Master’s degree in Library Science, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in journalism. He is a member of the Association of Independent Information Professionals (AIIP) and the Southern California Association of Law Librarians (SCALL), and is an associate member of the Strategic Consortium of Intelligence Professionals (SCIP).
